Shipping & Delivery

International Shipping & Policies
• Current Service Area: We do not currently offer international shipping, but we are working on expanding our delivery areas soon!
• Returns Policy: Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. We appreciate your understanding.
At The Saucey Sauce Co, we want to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible. Please review our policy regarding packages returned to our warehouse:
• Customer Address Errors: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout (e.g., missing apartment number, incorrect street name), the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.
• Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned because it was unclaimed at a local post office or delivery hub, a reshipping fee will apply to send it a second time.
• Our Mistake: If a package is returned due to an error on our part (e.g., we mistyped the address or sent the wrong items), we will reship the package immediately at no additional cost to you.
• Refund Option: If your package is returned and you prefer a refund instead of reshipping, we will issue a refund for the product cost only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable as the carrier has already provided the service.
