When sweater weather calls, this soup answers - creamy, hearty, and full of flavor. The pumpkin brings sweetness, the lentils add body, and our Spicy Garlic Sauce ties it all together with a gentle heat and umami kick.

Our super fan, Matt Forbes, gave us a great bouillabaisse recipe - a traditional Provençal fish stew. It’s a bit involved, but trust us, it’s worth the effort.

We could always use more soup in our lives, especially easy and delicious soup. We love avgolemono soup (literally meaning “lemon” and “egg”) and we’re giving it a twist by adding vermicelli and fish sauce!
