Quick ‘n Easy Cucumber Salad

Nothing says summer like a cool cucumber salad! Try our saucier version!

Serves 4

1 medium cucumber, diced & de-seeded

1 medium tomato, diced & de-seeded

1/4 small red onion, diced

1/4 fresh parsley, chopped

1/2 fresh lemon, squeezed

3 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Sauce

*1 tablespoon Spicy Garlic Sauce (like spice? Add this sauce too)

Fresh black pepper to taste

Method

Add all ingredients into a bowl

Start mixing and stirring

Chill for 10 min
