Cocktail Meatball Recipe
A premium cocktail classic elevated with a bold twist. Tender, slow-cooked meatballs deeply caramelized in a fiery, sweet glaze featuring savory spicy garlic, rich honey, and premium habanero ketchup.
The Easy 3-Step Crockpot Recipe
Prep time: 3 minutes
Cook time: 2 hours on high (or 3 to 4 hours on low)
Yields: About 6 to 8 party servings
Ingredients:

32 oz (2 lbs) frozen cocktail-sized meatballs (fully cooked)
½ cup Spicy Garlic Sauce
½ cup Hot Habanero Ketchup
¼ cup honey (use ½ cup for a sweeter, thicker glaze)
Method:
Tip for a non-spicy version: Replace the ketchup and honey with 1 cup Grape Jelly or a 12oz jar of Pineapple Preserves/Jam.
Combine the sauce: In a slow cooker, whisk together the Spicy Garlic Sauce and Hot Habanero Ketchup until mostly smooth. Stir in the honey.
Add the meatballs: Stir in the frozen meatballs until they are completely coated in the mixture.
Heat through: Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 hours (or LOW for 3 to 4 hours) until hot, sticky, and bubbling.
Serve: Turn the slow cooker to the "warm" setting and serve directly from the pot with toothpicks.
Stovetop Alternative (Fastest Method):
If you don't want to wait hours or don’t have a slow cooker, you can make this in under 20 minutes using a large pot or deep skillet. Whisk your Spicy Garlic Sauce, Hot Habanero Ketchup, and honey directly in the pot over medium heat until well combined. Add the frozen meatballs, cover the pot, and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally until the meatballs are hot all the way through. Serve!
