Spicy Grilled Chicken Thighs

This light and easy-to-make chicken is packed with Spicy flavor – guaranteed to be a hit at your next cookout!


Serves 4


Ingredients


3 tablespoons of Spicy Garlic Sauce

2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil

2 garlic cloves, minced

8 skinless, boneless chicken thighs (about 1 pound)


Method:


  1. Combine the Spicy Garlic Sauce, olive oil, and garlic in a large zipper-lock plastic bag and add chicken. Seal and shake the bag to make sure the meat is well coated.

  2. Place the mixture in a baking dish and refrigerate for 4 hours or up to 24 hours, turning the bag a few times.

  3. Prepare grill to medium-high heat.

  4. Remove chicken from the bag and discard the marinade. Place chicken on the grill rack that’s been oiled or coated with cooking spray.

  5. Grill 3 minutes on each side or until done. Slice and serve with our 10-minute Asian Apple Slaw.
