Ginger Glazed Chops

These no-fuss pork chops need only one seasoning to make them juicy and delicious: our Brown Sugar Ginger Glaze Sauce!


“Kung Pao” Chicken w/ Spicy Garlic Sauce












Serves 6


Ingredients


4 pork chops, 1 1/2″ – 2″ thick (boneless or bone-in)

1/2 cup Brown Sugar Ginger Glaze Sauce  + 4 tablespoons for finishing

2 tablespoons olive oil


Method:


  1. Marinate pork chops in 1/4 cup of Brown Sugar Ginger Glaze Sauce for 15-20 minutes

  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a heavy skillet

  3. Remove chops from marinade and pat dry, discard marinade

  4. Once the oil is hot, add the chops to the pan and brown for 5 minutes on each side

  5. In the last 2 minutes of cooking, brush the chops with 1 tablespoon of Brown Sugar Ginger Glaze Sauce.

  6. Chops are done when the center reaches 145 degrees F. *Bone-in chops may take a few minutes longer to cook
