Serves 6
Ingredients:
4 pork chops, 1 1/2″ – 2″ thick (boneless or bone-in)
1/2 cup Brown Sugar Ginger Glaze Sauce + 4 tablespoons for finishing
2 tablespoons olive oil
Method:
Marinate pork chops in 1/4 cup of Brown Sugar Ginger Glaze Sauce for 15-20 minutes.

Remove chops from marinade and pat dry, discard marinade.
Once the oil is hot, add the chops to the pan and brown for 5 minutes on each side.
