Spicy Corn on the Cob

Serves 4


Ingredients:


  • 4 Cobs of corn

  • 2T Butter, melted

  • 4T Spicy Garlic Sauce

  • 1 Lime, quartered (optional)

  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (garnish)

  • Salt and Pepper to taste


Method:


  1. Peel back the husks from the corn and remove the silk.

  2. Brush the kernels with butter and then Spicy Garlic Saucey Sauce.

  3. Fold the husks back over the corn and grill over low heat until cooked through, turning occasionally, 12-15 minutes.

  4. Remove from the grill, peel back the husk, and remove.

  5. Salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Squeeze fresh lime over corn if desired.

  7. Garnish with cilantro if desired.
