“Kung Pao” Chicken w/ Spicy Garlic Sauce
Easy Baked Fish Fillets

This quick & light recipe uses Fresh Lemon Saucey Sauce made with lots of fresh lemon zest, garlic & just a touch of sweetness. The bright, citrusy, and savory flavors will make everyone ask for more.


Ingredients


1 1/2 pounds grouper or other white fish fillets

3 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Sauce

1/2 cup breadcrumbs

1 1/2 tablespoons butter, melted

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)


Method:


  1. Preheat oven to 425°.

  2. Place fish in a baking dish coated with cooking spray.

  3. Spread Fresh Lemon Sauce over the fish & sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

  4. Drizzle with butter & bake for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

  5. Sprinkle with parsley.

  6. Serve with crusty bread for dipping!
