Ginger Glazed Salmon

Simply sear fresh salmon fillets in a hot skillet and finish with our Ginger Glaze and viola! Dinner is served! Pan-seared salmon fillets are glazed with Brown Sugar Ginger Glaze until caramelized for a quick, savory-sweet dinner.

Serves 4
Ingredients:
4 Salmon Fillets
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
4 tablespoons Brown Sugar Ginger Glaze Sauce
Method:
Preheat a large heavy skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes. Cast iron is best.
Coat salmon with olive oil. Place the skillet over the heat, and increase the heat to high. Cook for 3 minutes each side.
Reduce the heat to medium.
Generously glaze each salmon fillet with 1 tablespoon of Brown Sugar Ginger Glaze Sauce.
Continue cooking for 2 minutes until the sauce begins to caramelize.
