Ginger Glazed Salmon

Simply sear fresh salmon fillets in a hot skillet and finish with our Ginger Glaze…and viola! Dinner is served!


“Kung Pao” Chicken w/ Spicy Garlic Sauce


Serves 4


Ingredients

4 Salmon Fillets

2 tablespoons Olive Oil





Method:


  1. Preheat a large heavy skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes. Cast iron is best.

  2. Coat salmon with olive oil. Place the skillet over the heat, and increase the heat to high. Cook for 3 minutes each side.

  3. Reduce the heat to medium.

  4. Generously glaze each salmon fillet with 1 tablespoon of Brown Sugar Ginger Glaze Sauce.

  5. Continue cooking for 2 minutes until the sauce begins to caramelize.
