As Kacey says, “I always get excited when I find products that make my life a little easier. The Saucey Sauce Co. does that, it cuts my cooking times down so much by having pre-made sauces I love. I am very particular about marinades and dressings, and normally prefer to make my own, but after I used these, I’m hooked. I can use the Spicy Garlic Sauce on pretty much anything!”

Serves 2
Ingredients
2 Mahi-Mahi Filets
1/4 C Spicy Garlic Sauce
1/2 Lime juice
2 T Olive oil
1/4 head Red Cabbage, chopped
1 Carrot, finely chopped
1 Bunch green onions chopped (light green & white parts only)
1 T Red Wine Vinegar
1 T Honey
1 T Sea Salt
1 T Coriander
Cilantro to garnish
Serrano peppers sliced thinly (optional)
1 head Romaine Lettuce for “taco shells”
Method:
Marinate fish filets with Spicy Garlic Sauce in a Ziploc bag for 20 minutes.
In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, onions, red wine vinegar, honey, coriander, Olive oil, and sea salt.
Warm the pan on medium heat, add Olive Oil, and cook the fish with the sauce for 10 minutes or until it is white and flaky.
Build tacos by putting some Romaine Lettuce on the bottom, then fish, and top with the Cabbage mixture.
Garnish with cilantro and serrano peppers.
Squeeze lime on top of tacos before serving.
