This quick and healthy beef & vegetable recipe is the perfect dish for those who love a sweet, savory, and umami flavor. Brown Sugar Ginger Glaze is the perfect ingredient to quickly add a sweet, savory, and umami flavor.


Serves 4


Ingredients:

Asian Beef & Vegetable Stir Fry

  • 1 pound beef Top Sirloin Steak Boneless, cut 1 inch thick

  • 4 cups assorted fresh vegetables (such as sugar snap peas, broccoli florets, bell pepper, and carrot strips)

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar Ginger Glaze

  • 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper

  • 2 cups hot cooked rice


Method:


  1. Cut steak into 1/4-inch thick strips.

  2. Mix vegetables and 3 tablespoons of water in a large nonstick skillet.

  3. Cover and cook over medium-high heat 4 minutes or until crisp-tender. Remove and drain.

  4. Heat the same pan over medium-high heat until hot. Add half of the beef and half of the garlic; stir-fry 1 to 2 minutes or until the outside surface of the beef is no longer pink. Remove.

  5. Repeat with the remaining beef and garlic.

  6. Return all beef and vegetables to the pan.

  7. Add Brown Sugar Ginger Glaze sauce and crushed red pepper; heat through.

  8. Serve over rice.
