Spicy Chicken Pasta

There’s no way you can go wrong with pasta. We promise this quick & easy pasta will be a hit at your next gathering of family or friends – the savory, spicy kick is addictive.


Serves 4


Ingredients:

Spicy Chicken Pasta

  • 3 stalks of celery, chopped

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 medium onion, chopped

  • ½ green bell pepper, chopped

  • ½ yellow bell pepper, chopped

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cubed

  • 1 cup Spicy Garlic Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes

  • ½ tablespoon salt

  • 8 ounces penne pasta, cooked al dente


Method:


  1. Put the cubed chicken in a Ziploc bag & let it marinate with Spicy Garlic Sauce, or substitute with Brown Sugar Ginger Glaze Sauce or Sweet Ginger.

  2. Cook the pasta as directed on the package.

  3. Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the celery, garlic, onion & bell peppers and cook, stirring, until crisp-tender.

  4. Add the chicken, along with all the marinade, to the saucepan & simmer for 3-5 minutes.

  5. Serve the chicken & sauce mixture over the pasta.
