Spicy Chicken Pasta

There’s no way you can go wrong with pasta. We promise this quick & easy pasta will be a hit at your next gathering of family or friends – the savory, spicy kick is addictive.
Serves 4
Ingredients:

3 stalks of celery, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 medium onion, chopped
½ green bell pepper, chopped
½ yellow bell pepper, chopped
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cubed
1 cup Spicy Garlic Sauce
1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
½ tablespoon salt
8 ounces penne pasta, cooked al dente
Method:
Put the cubed chicken in a Ziploc bag & let it marinate with Spicy Garlic Sauce, or substitute with Brown Sugar Ginger Glaze Sauce or Sweet Ginger.
Cook the pasta as directed on the package.
Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the celery, garlic, onion & bell peppers and cook, stirring, until crisp-tender.
Add the chicken, along with all the marinade, to the saucepan & simmer for 3-5 minutes.
Serve the chicken & sauce mixture over the pasta.
