The Workday Recovery Lunch. When the 1 PM meeting is done but the to-do list isn't. Fuel up fast with this savory, hearty lunch. Try this Savory 10-min Couscous with Cheese for a quick, comforting meal that’s ready before your next call.
Serves 6
Ingredients:

1 1/4 cups chicken, beef, or vegetable stock or water.
1 cup quick-cooking/ instant couscous
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 tablespoon Spicy Garlic Nước Chấm Sauce (For extra kick with hint of sweetness, add 1 tsp of Hot Habanero Ketchup)
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan or sharp cheddar cheese (can be omitted for a standard side)
Method:
In a medium saucepan with a tight-fitting lid, bring the stock or water to a boil.
Once boiling, remove from the heat and add the couscous, butter, Spicy Garlic Sauce, and cheese.
Stir briefly to combine.
Cover and let sit for about 5 minutes.
Fluff with a fork and serve.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days.
