Spicy Garlic Grilled Steak

Using just one ingredient, you can make a juicy, spicy & garlicky steak! Marinate skirt or flank steak in Spicy Garlic Sauce, then sear it hot and fast for a bold, flavorful bite that pairs perfectly with a fresh salad or sautéed greens.

Serves 4
Ingredients:
2 1/2 pounds skirt or flank steak, sliced
1 cup Spicy Garlic Sauce
Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Method:
Marinate steak with Spicy Garlic Sauce in a bowl or Ziploc bag for 20 minutes to 1 hour.
Heat grill to very high heat (Charcoal, Propane, or Pan-Grills all work – you can also pan-sear).
Sear the steak to the desired temperature.
Plate with a fresh salad, sautéed greens, or your favorite sides.
Pour Hot Habanero ketchup on steak to add extra heat and umami flavor.
