Spicy Garlic Chicken Drumsticks

Spicy Asian birds-eye chilies and fresh chopped garlic make this easy chicken dish burst with savory Vietnamese flavor.
Serves 4
Ingredients
8 chicken drumsticks
10-15 garlic cloves, peeled
1 cup Spicy Garlic Sauce
1 small bunch fresh basil
Method:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
In a large foil pan, arrange drumsticks in a single layer (do not overcrowd)
Pour Spicy Garlic Sauce over the drumsticks and flip with tongs to ensure all sides are coated
Scatter fresh peeled garlic cloves throughout the pan
Place washed basil leaves (no stems) throughout the pan
Marinate for 15 mins (for an extra kick)
Bake for 35-40 mins until internal temp reaches 165 degrees. Cover with foil for the first 15 mins
Serve with your favorite veggie side and grains like couscous or quinoa. And don’t be shy – spoon the savory, spicy pan juices over your meal! (And enjoy the delicious roasted garlic cloves, too.)
